Each backdrop is painted to order. Production typically takes 5–7 business days, not including carrier transit time. Shipping options and estimates appear at checkout, and tracking is emailed after shipment.

Because each backdrop is handmade to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or change-of-mind requests.

Reply to your order confirmation email within 3 calendar days. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging until the claim is reviewed.

Every backdrop is painted by hand, so small variations in color, texture, brushwork, pattern, and approximate dimensions are natural. Screen and lighting differences can also affect how colors appear. These variations are part of the piece and are not considered damage.

Keep the backdrop rolled on its tube and store it in a clean, dry place. Avoid folding, sharp bends, moisture, and placing heavy objects on the roll. Contact Reed & Canvas before using heat or attempting stain removal.
